We are very pleased to announce that Seascape has been nominated to participate in the prestigious PIPA international competition. The Porcelanosa International Project Award (PIPA) is a renowned contest organised by the Porcelanosa Group, a leading Spanish manufacturer of ceramic tiles, kitchen and bathroom equipment. The aim of the competition is to recognise outstanding architectural and interior design projects around the world that demonstrate innovative use of Porcelanosa products and materials.
This year's motto is "EARTHCRAFTED DESIGNS", concepts inspired by nature. The notion is to encourage creativity and distinctiveness in architectural design by highlighting the relationship between nature-derived materials and the technical skills that transform a space into a work of art.
Description
The Seascape building in the town of Nessebar is located in an extremely peaceful location right on the seashore. The old town of Nessebar is adjacent to where Seascape is located and is inscribed by UNESCO on the World Heritage List. The first records of the city date back more than 3000 years, making it one of the oldest settlements in Europe. Apart from the cultural-historical and archaeological abundance the owners of apartments in the Seascape building would enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bulgarian southern Black Sea coast, which is within walking distance from the building.
The construction consists of four residential levels and a basement with an underground garage. A picturesque sea panorama is revealed from every floor, and the prevailing exposure to the daily course of the sun, as well as the panoramic windows, suggest natural lighting in the dwellings.

The exterior of the building is designed with Porcelanosa facade ceramics.
The building was put into operation with Act 16 issued.
